Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods

Pay securely online at checkout by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Other options, such as American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, are shown at checkout if they're available for your device.

If you'd rather not pay online, call us on 1300 560 953 to talk about other options.

Secure payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

When payment is due

Full payment is required when you place your order. Because every door is made to your measurements, production only starts once your payment has been received.

You'll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and payment as soon as checkout is complete.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated from your postcode at checkout and included in your order total, so there are no surprise costs later. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery zones and details.

Installation and add-ons

Optional extras such as installation, floor batons and aluminium jambs are added in the product customiser and paid with your order. Their prices are shown before you add the doors to your cart.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Please check your sizes, colours and options carefully before paying. If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible, within 2–3 days of ordering. Once production has started, custom-made doors can't be changed or cancelled.

We can't offer refunds for change of mind or for doors made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns policy and measuring guide.
